Archaic modernism

Katharina Eichler’s sculptural Nerikomi vessels are freely constructed from various clays. The pieces appear archaic, but at the same time contemporary. Eichler studied ceramics at the École des arts d’Ixelles in Brussels. She lives and works in Dresden.
