Ruth-Maria Thomas

Waking up, recognising, accusing.

Ruth-Maria Thomas, born in Cottbus in 1993, worked as a social worker in youth services and studied at the German Institute of Literature in Leipzig. In her texts, she addresses the pitfalls of female socialisation. Her debut novel ‘Die schönste Version’ was longlisted for the German Book Prize 2024.
